Overview

Standard Heating & Air Conditioning Inc is seeking a Residential HVAC Install Technician - Gas Fitter to work in residential settings, servicing and installing equipment such as furnaces, air conditioners, and duct systems. This role emphasizes safety and requires strong customer service skills, as well as collaboration with other team members.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform warranty work on installed equipment
  • Knowledgeable of MN Fuel Gas Code and run gas lines
  • Troubleshoot and repair duct systems for airflow issues
  • Install chimney vents, connectors, b-vents, liners, and PVC venting
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and equipment inspections
  • Drive to/from residential homes with a well-maintained company vehicle
  • Provide high-level customer service
  • Follow safety policies and practices
  • Collaborate with technicians, sales representatives, and subcontractors
