If you're a driven leader with a heart for service, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Oversee daily clinical and operational functions of the residential treatment facilityDevelop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans and therapeutic programmingSupervise, mentor, and support clinical and direct care staff to ensure quality service deliveryEnsure compliance with state licensing regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policiesCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external stakeholders to coordinate resident careMonitor facility budgets, staffing levels, and resource allocationLead quality assurance initiatives and implement continuous improvement strategiesMaintain accurate documentation and reporting in accordance with regulatory requirementsRequirements:Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health fieldActive licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) preferredMinimum 3-5 years of experience in residential treatment or behavioral health settingsProven leadership and program management experience in a clinical environmentStrong knowledge of Texas HHSC licensing standards and residential care regulationsExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExperience with trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and evidence-based treatment modelsAbout Us:Optimum Leap LLC is a dedicated behavioral health and residential services organization based in Houston, TX, committed to empowering individuals on their journey toward healing and independence.
