Overview

R.E.A.L. Elevator Solutions, Inc., a division of Southeast Elevator, LLC, is seeking an experienced Residential Elevator Mechanic to join their installation team. The role requires strong mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities to install various types of elevators and lifts, with a focus on leadership and teamwork.

Key responsibilities

  • Install various types of elevators and lifts
  • Utilize troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Provide leadership and problem-solving support
  • Travel throughout eastern North Carolina as required

Required skills

  • Mechanical and electronic skills
  • Familiarity with hydraulic and electro-mechanical systems
  • Experience with common hand and power tools
  • Ability to lift up to 150 lbs
  • Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
  • Knowledge of circuit boards, PLCs, and DC control circuits
  • Certified Elevator Technician or Elevator Mechanic License (preferred)
