Southeast Elevator Inc is looking for an experienced Residential Elevator Mechanic to join their installation team, focusing on installing various types of elevators and lifts. The role requires excellent mechanical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to professional development, with travel throughout eastern North Carolina.

Key responsibilities

  • Install various types of elevators and lifts
  • Utilize troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
  • Work independently and with a team
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Lift up to 150 lbs
  • Travel to various locations as needed

Required skills

  • Mechanical skills
  • Electronic skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with electronic, electro-mechanical, and hydraulic systems
  • Experience with circuit boards, PLCs, and DC control circuits
  • Ability to use hand and power tools
  • Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
