Overview

Southeast Elevator is looking for an experienced Residential Elevator Mechanic to join their installation team in Tampa, Florida. The ideal candidate should possess strong mechanical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication to install various types of elevators and lifts, supporting a long-term career in the elevator industry.

Key responsibilities

  • Install residential elevators and wheelchair lifts
  • Work as a team of two installers on job sites
  • Learn and teach new team members
  • Demonstrate safety awareness and compliance
  • Interface with general contractors and customers
  • Multi-task with patience and diligence
  • Operate general computer equipment and devices
  • Develop safety code and regulatory knowledge
  • Perform other duties as assigned
