Cava Companies is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects in Richmond, Virginia. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, budgets, and resources while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee residential construction projects from start to finish
  • Manage project schedules and budgets
  • Lead teams and resolve conflicts
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to contracts
  • Conduct risk management and contract negotiation
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
  • Coordinate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
