Overview

The Resident Services Director at Shorewood Senior Community, part of SilverCrest Properties, serves as the primary customer service representative for residents and their families. This role involves linking residents with necessary services, problem-solving alongside the team, and ensuring residents receive quality care.

Key responsibilities

  • Orient residents and families to the Shorewood community
  • Link residents with on-site services to enhance their quality of life
  • Track and implement resident lease renewals and service conferences
  • Collaborate with the Care Team as a member of the Leadership Team
  • Ensure high levels of satisfaction for residents and their families

Required skills

  • High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
  • At least 1 year in a customer service position, preferably in senior housing or hospitality
  • Experience in social services, case management, or marketing helpful
