Overview

The Resident District Manager at Aramark is responsible for leading and managing food and nutrition services across a large and complex geographic district, typically generating over $20 million in revenue. This role involves ensuring the execution of food service programs in K12 school districts, focusing on growth, financial performance, and delivering exceptional service to clients and students.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide overall vision, planning, direction, and control to assigned units.
  • Lead large teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
  • Establish and maintain effective client and customer relationships.
  • Manage budget and build revenue while maintaining sensitivity to costs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • 2-3 years experience in K12/Student Nutrition environment.
