The Resident Coordinator at Sail serves as the first point of contact for residents and provides essential operational support for the on-site team in affordable housing management. This developmental role is designed for individuals ready to grow into property management leadership, with a focus on resident engagement and operational accuracy.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for residents, building a welcoming community culture.
  • Maintain precise resident files and records in Yardi CRM.
  • Track work orders, renewals, and notices, supporting leasing and move-in processes.
  • Regularly walk the property to document issues and ensure adherence to property standards.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and leadership to resolve operational issues.
