Overview

As a Resident Assistant II Med Tech at Salterra, you will play a crucial role in providing direct care to residents, supporting their daily living activities, and assisting with medication management. This position is part of a team dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for older adults while fostering a collaborative and caring environment among staff.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal care and medication assistance
  • Provide orientation and support to new resident assistants
  • Act as shift lead as established by community standard

Required skills

  • 1 year demonstrated experience as a caregiver
  • Current Med Tech Certification
  • Completed state-required education classes
