Overview

Leisure Care is seeking a Resident Assistant II to provide direct care for residents in a senior living community. This role emphasizes the importance of inspiring joy and purpose in the lives of older adults, while ensuring fulfilling work for employees.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care and medication assistance
  • Provide orientation and support to new resident assistants
  • May act as shift lead as established by community standard

Required skills

  • 1 year demonstrated experience as a caregiver
  • Completion or enrollment in specific medication training required by state statute
  • Completion of other state-required education classes according to statute
  • CNA or Home Health Aide preferred
