Overview

As a Resident Assistant I at Salterra in Pinellas Park, you will play a crucial role in providing direct care to residents, assisting with daily activities and personal care tasks. This position is part of a vibrant community committed to enhancing the lives of older adults while creating a fulfilling environment for employees.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist residents with all ADLs and personal care skills including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Make appropriate observations about the resident's condition during interactions.
  • Record and follow up on changes in residents' conditions in a timely manner.
  • Assist residents with laundry and housekeeping services as needed.

Required skills

  • Demonstrated experience in a caregiving role.
  • Current CNA or Home Health Aide certification preferred.
