Reporting to the Chair of the Department of Internal Medicine, the Program Director will lead an established, ACGME-accredited program with the faculty, academic depth, and institutional commitment to shape the next generation of internists.We seek a leader whose values reflect our own - Compassion, Respect, Excellence, Stewardship, and Community and who will honor this program's history while guiding its future.Position Summary:The Program Director provides overall leadership for the residency its educational quality, accreditation standing, and reputation and integrates the program with the department's clinical and academic mission. The role carries no less than 50% protected time (0.5 FTE) for program administration and education, consistent with ACGME requirements, with the balance dedicated to clinical practice and teaching.
