Overview

The Reservations Coordinator at Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing is responsible for managing administrative tasks and customer reservations within the Reservations Department. This full-time position requires exceptional communication skills as the role involves handling customer inquiries and bookings through various channels while ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage administrative and reservations functions within the department.
  • Serve customers via telephone, email, and in person.
  • Maintain and update guest data and reservations accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and ensure follow-up on inquiries.
  • Handle payments and ensure discounts are applied correctly.
  • Participate in crisis management and emergency response planning.
  • Anticipate guest needs to exceed expectations.

Required skills

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service and reservations.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality industry principles.
  • Exceptional conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with resort booking software and customer relationship management software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of German is an asset.
  • Ability to organize and coordinate events.
  • Dynamic and energetic personality.
