Overview

As a Reservations Coordinator at Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing, you will play a crucial role in managing administrative and reservations functions within the Reservations Department. Your responsibilities will involve serving customers through various communication channels and ensuring accurate and timely handling of guest inquiries, bookings, and requests while maintaining a positive and engaging service environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations in the reservations department.
  • Serve customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Maintain and update guest data and reservations accurately.
  • Conduct extensive guest correspondence and follow-ups.
  • Process payments and manage reservation discounts.
  • Follow up on guest credits and re-bookings.
  • Participate in emergency planning and response.
  • Anticipate and exceed guest expectations.

Required skills

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service, reservations, and sales.
  • Certificate or diploma in a related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality industry principles and practices.
  • Exceptional conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with resort booking software and CRM software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Excel.
  • Knowledge of a second language (preferably German) is an asset.
  • Dynamic and energetic personality with a strong customer service focus.
