Job Description

Overview

As a Reservations Coordinator at Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing, you will play a key role in managing administrative and reservations functions within the Reservations Department. You will handle customer inquiries and bookings across various communication channels, ensuring guests receive exceptional service and support throughout their experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage guest correspondence via phone and email
  • Ensure accurate guest reservation details and maintain the guest data bank
  • Assist in maintaining and updating reservation systems
  • Exceed guest expectations and follow up with potential guests
  • Handle payments and ensure proper application of reservation discounts
  • Participate in crisis management and emergency response planning
  • Maintain confidentiality and a team-oriented work environment

Required skills

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service, reservations, and sales
  • Strong working knowledge of hospitality industry practices
  • Exceptional conflict resolution and communication skills
  • Proficient in resort booking software, CRM software, Microsoft Teams, and Excel
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; knowledge of German is an asset
  • Dynamic personality with the ability to maintain relationships with guests and corporate partners
