Overview

The Reservations Coordinator at Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing is responsible for administrative and reservation-related functions within the Reservations Department. This role requires excellent customer service skills to manage bookings and guest inquiries through various communication channels while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries and bookings via phone, email, and in person.
  • Maintain accurate guest reservations and update guest profiles in databases.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating reservations software.
  • Conduct follow-ups with guests to encourage rebookings and gather feedback.
  • Handle payments and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments.
  • Participate in emergency response and crisis management planning.
  • Provide timely communication and exceed guest expectations.

Required skills

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service and reservations
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and sales practices
  • Proficient in resort booking software and CRM systems
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage crises
  • Knowledge of a second language (preferably German) is an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Excel
