Overview

The Reservations Coordinator at Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing is responsible for managing administrative and reservations functions within the Reservations Department. The role involves serving customers via telephone, email, and in person, addressing inquiries and bookings, and ensuring effective communication within the team and with guests.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage administrative tasks and reservations functions in the Reservations Department
  • Serve customers via phone, email, and in person
  • Maintain accurate guest reservations and data entry
  • Assist in the maintenance of reservations computer modules and databases
  • Ensure timely guest communication and follow-up
  • Process payments and handle cash-out reports
  • Follow up with guests related to bookings and feedback
  • Participate in crisis management and emergency response planning
  • Maintain confidentiality and team-oriented ethos

Required skills

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service, reservations, and sales
  • Strong understanding of hospitality industry principles
  • Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
  • High proficiency in resort booking software and CRM systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams and Excel
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Strong written and verbal English skills
  • Knowledge of a second language (preferably German) is an asset
  • Dynamic and energetic personality
