Overview

Transdev is hiring a Reservationist in West Orange, NJ to assist clients in scheduling trips with drivers. The role requires customer service-oriented professionals who are committed to safety and can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Process new employee files and records
  • Calculate and input driver and staff payroll
  • Track attendance for part-time employees
  • Responsible for fare reconciliation and deposits
  • Assist General Manager in tracking overtime
  • Perform other related duties as required
