Reservationist Transdev in Tinley Park, IL is hiring a Reservationist to intercept customer calls and schedule transportation. We are seeking friendly, customer service-oriented people who are dedicated to safety. Responsibilities: Professionally answer customer calls and input all customer trip requests utilizing the Trapeze Software system, in accordance with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) provisions and company requirements. Produce efficient and productive schedules through determining if trip is to be scheduled by pick up time or by arrival/appointment time. Provide accurate responses to callers' questions about schedules, trips and other questions using information made available to the agent Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, such as GED, required. Strong written and oral communication skills Clear speech and pleasant phone demeanor Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint programs Knowledge of Trapeze Software and Genesys phone system is a plus Subject to drug testing.
