Overview

ProAmpac is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative in Farnham, Quebec, to work closely with the company's sales representatives from the initial pricing inquiry to the final sale. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction while collaborating with production, quality, and administrative departments.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform quotes for all pricing requests
  • Process orders for Canadian and American customers
  • Approve specification compliance
  • Monitor customer inventory levels
  • Conduct daily releases
  • Follow up on samples for test orders
  • Address non-conformities with clients
  • Coordinate with accounting for credit acceptance
  • Maintain good relations with the sales team and clients
  • Participate in sales process improvements
  • Perform other related duties as required

Required skills

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum of three years of customer service or sales experience
  • Manufacturing environment experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
