Job Description

Overview

ProAmpac is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to work closely with the external sales representatives, ensuring customer satisfaction from initial pricing requests to final sales. This role involves collaboration with production, quality, and administration departments to provide high-level service to clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare quotes for all request for proposals
  • Process orders for Canadian and American customers
  • Approve specification compliance
  • Monitor customer inventory
  • Conduct daily releases
  • Track samples for test orders
  • Follow up on non-conformities with customers
  • Coordinate with accounting for credit acceptance
  • Maintain good relationships with sales team and clients
  • Participate in sales process development and improvement
  • Perform other related tasks as required

Required skills

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum three years of experience in customer service or sales
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality standards
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English, both verbal and written
