Overview

Orizon Mobile is seeking a passionate and motivated Telephone Sales Representative to manage existing customer relationships and drive sales. This role involves contacting clients to renew mobile services, analyze their current and future needs, and suggest tailored solutions while achieving set sales goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Contact existing clients to renew their mobile services
  • Identify new needs and propose suitable solutions
  • Perform cross-selling of mobility, internet, residential services, and accessories
  • Prospect to develop client portfolio when necessary
  • Process sales and orders in internal systems (TELUS / COMPLUS)
  • Ensure follow-up on client files and provide quality after-sales service
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales objectives
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of TELUS products and promotions

Required skills

  • Sales experience (telephone or customer service) is an asset
  • Comfortable on the phone with a professional and persuasive approach
  • Results-oriented and motivated by commission-based compensation
  • Autonomous and organized, able to manage multiple files simultaneously
  • Good listening skills and sense of customer service
  • Familiarity with IT tools and sales systems
