Job Description

Overview

Keurig Dr Pepper is looking for an Inside Sales Representative in Montreal, Quebec, for a permanent full-time position. The representative will manage and develop a portfolio of approximately 1,000 B2B customer accounts, focusing on maintaining customer profitability and satisfaction through various communication channels.

Key responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and team sales goals weekly
  • Implement national sales initiatives and new product launches
  • Increase sales by enhancing product categories and solutions
  • Make outbound calls to assigned customers to process orders
  • Support Account Managers with regular communication and updates
  • Ensure service levels are maintained and coordinate customer deliveries
  • Perform administrative tasks related to price changes and account management

Required skills

  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in telephone sales or customer service
  • Knowledge of sales and customer service systems and software
  • Bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken
  • Strong sales inclination and goal orientation
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Adaptability to changing demands and circumstances
  • Proactive, self-starting with strong problem-solving skills
  • Resilience and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Organizational skills and ability to multitask
