Overview

Enveloppe Concept Inc. is seeking a determined Sales Representative to join their growing and innovative family business, which specializes in the manufacturing and printing of standard and specialized envelopes. The role focuses on maintaining and expanding the company’s clientele by engaging in sales development and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain and increase sales from existing clients
  • Prospect new clients in various sectors
  • Provide excellent customer service to existing and potential clients
  • Respond to tenders
  • Conduct occasional visits to potential and current clients
  • Gather information for bids
  • Process orders and follow up
  • Write required reports
  • Analyze client needs and submit recommendations
  • Perform other related tasks

Required skills

  • Bilingual communication (written and oral)
  • Minimum of two years of sales experience
  • DEC or Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent training
  • Relevant experience in envelopes, printing, or pulp and paper (an asset)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver's license and a vehicle
