They seek a motivated and organized Dispatcher to coordinate team operations, truck drivers, and equipment to ensure efficient and safe job sites.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate schedules for teams and resources
  • Assign truck drivers and equipment according to operational needs
  • Manage calls related to operations and emergencies
  • Coordinate human and material resources
  • Participate in operational planning
  • Ensure availability and maintenance of equipment and vehicles

Required skills

  • Experience in dispatch, coordination, or operations management
  • Experience in civil engineering, transport, or construction
  • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
  • Leadership and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to quickly solve unexpected issues
  • Knowledge of transport standards (law 430) and site regulations (asset)
  • Valid ASP Construction card (asset)
  • Valid driver's license
  • DEC, AEC or equivalent experience in civil engineering, logistics, transport, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in team coordination or management of field operations
