Overview

As a Repair Specialist at Safelite, you will be responsible for utilizing industry-leading technology to perform auto glass repairs. You will be part of a team that values a caring attitude and quality service, aiming to deliver unexpected happiness to customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Learn to repair vehicle glass under the guidance of experienced technicians
  • Repair chips, cracks, and other auto glass issues
  • Manage work orders and customer documentation using MRM technology
  • Promote and sell Safelite promotional items to customers
  • Clean customer vehicles during the repair process
  • Safely operate company and customer vehicles and tools
  • Comply with all company policies and standards
