As a Repair Specialist at Safelite, you will utilize industry-leading technology to perform vehicle glass repairs while delivering exceptional customer service. This role emphasizes both technical skills and a customer-centric approach, embodying the Safelite Spirit's commitment to quality and care.

Key responsibilities

  • Learn glass repair techniques under experienced technicians.
  • Repair chips and cracks in auto glass.
  • Manage work orders and customer communication using MRM technology.
  • Promote and sell Safelite promotional items.
  • Clean customer vehicles during repair processes.
  • Safely operate company and customer vehicles, tools, and chemicals.
  • Perform housekeeping tasks in the company vehicle and shop.
  • Comply with company policies and standards.
