Position Overview As a Remote Travel Advisor, you will assist clients with planning and booking a wide range of travel experiences, including vacations, cruises, all-inclusive resorts, business travel, and customized getaway packages. You will provide expert guidance, coordinate travel arrangements, and ensure every trip is seamless from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Design personalized travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, cruises, tours, and activities Provide recommendations tailored to each client's interests, preferences, and budget Stay informed on destinations, travel regulations, industry trends, and promotional offers Collaborate with travel suppliers and vendors to secure competitive pricing and availability Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals Assist clients with travel documentation requirements and travel protection options Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications.
