SLAO Travel is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Sports & Live Entertainment Coordinator to support their hospitality team. The role involves managing logistics for fans and athletes attending high-profile events, ensuring seamless travel experiences through itinerary management and vendor relations.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and manage complex itineraries for major sporting events and concerts
  • Act as the liaison between clients, hotels, and venue hospitality departments
  • Process and track multi-component reservations, including lodging and tickets
  • Provide expert-level recommendations on seating, venue proximity, and dining
  • Verify travel documentation and support guests before and during events

Required skills
