Must Haves 7 years of experience Strong product experience with AI-driven document ingestion/extraction platforms (document classification, data extraction, ingestion into downstream systems). AI fluency: Routinely uses LLM/ML tools in production or daily workflows; understands limitations, validation, and how to integrate AI agents into user flows. Fast-paced delivery orientation; able to iterate weekly and produce tangible product increments rapidly. Experience working with engineers and designers on product development (user stories, backlog grooming, sprint cadence). Familiarity with Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools; comfortable describing how AI is used in each phase of the product process. Experience with Jira (or equivalent) and the ability to work with engineering APIs and data pipelines.
