Overview

As a Remote Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent at TTEC, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences by resolving complex inquiries and providing knowledgeable consultations on insurance products. This position offers an opportunity to work in a supportive, inclusive environment where your contributions have a direct impact on customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer incoming communications from customers
  • Conduct research to provide answers for customer issues
  • Resolve escalated or complex calls
  • Upsell products or services to existing customers as needed

Required skills

  • Active Property and Casualty License
  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Computer proficiency
  • High-speed internet (> 25 mbps)
  • Smartphone or device running iOS or Android for daily log-in
