Overview

As a Remote Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent at TTEC, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues for clients. This position offers the opportunity to work from home while contributing to a supportive and inclusive team environment focused on helping others.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer incoming communications from customers
  • Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
  • Upsell products or services to existing customers as needed
  • Resolve escalated or complex calls from customers

Required skills

  • Active Property and Casualty License
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Computer experience
  • High-speed internet ( > 25 mbps)
  • Smartphone or device with IOS or Android for daily log-in
