Overview

Join Concentrix as a Remote Licensed P&C Insurance Sales Agent, where you will provide exceptional customer experiences and product solutions for a renowned brand. This role offers the opportunity to work from home while being part of a diverse team that values inclusivity and personal growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide custom quotes for home, auto, renters, and personal umbrella policies.
  • Convert at least 20% of calls into sales from inbound interactions.
  • Demonstrate empathy and active listening to customers.
  • Educate customers on policy options and required documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products.
  • Document interactions thoroughly for accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain professionalism while working from a quiet home environment.

Required skills

  • Active resident license to sell Property & Casualty insurance
  • 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in P&C Insurance
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to influence and close sales
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • Ability to multitask with CRM tools and quoting systems
  • High-speed internet with minimum required speeds
  • Smartphone for authentication and communication
