Key responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound and/or inbound calls to promote products and services
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Close sales and meet or exceed performance targets

  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Required skills

  • Previous sales or call center experience preferred
