What You'll Do Meet with prospective clients through virtual appointments and phone calls. Ask questions to understand each client's needs and priorities. Explain insurance products, coverage options, and costs in clear, straightforward language. Recommend suitable coverage and assist with applications. Answer questions and follow up with clients throughout the process. Maintain accurate records of appointments, conversations, and applications. Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings. Work toward individual sales and client-service goals. What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A positive attitude and willingness to receive feedback. Good organization and consistent follow-through. Comfort using video conferencing, email, and online tools. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
