Position Overview As a Benefits Enrollment Agent, you will connect with prospective and existing clients through scheduled virtual appointments. You will take the time to understand their needs, explain available benefit options, answer questions, and provide guidance throughout the enrollment process. You will also maintain relationships with existing clients by assisting with benefit reviews, coverage updates, and general service requests. Previous industry experience is not required. Comprehensive training, mentorship, and continued support are provided to help you learn the position and develop the skills needed to succeed. Responsibilities Conduct scheduled virtual appointments with prospective and existing clients. Assess client needs and help identify appropriate benefit options. Present benefit programs, coverage information, and enrollment details clearly. Assist clients with applications and the enrollment process. Answer questions and provide continued support after enrollment. Follow up with clients regarding appointments, reviews, and service needs. Maintain accurate and organized client information and records. Participate in virtual training sessions, coaching, and team meetings. Build and maintain professional, long-term client relationships. Work toward established individual and team performance objectives. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable interacting with clients by phone and video. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from home. Reliable, organized, and professional. Comfortable learning new technology and online platforms. Previous experience in customer service, sales, benefits, or another client-facing role is an asset but not required. Willingness to complete any licensing requirements necessary for the position.
