Overview

The Relationship Manager I-III at Fresno First Bank is responsible for developing and expanding client relationships within designated markets, focusing on deposit, loan, and merchant services. This role requires active sourcing of new business, managing current accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction through tailored financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, networking, and meetings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Use CRM systems to track interactions and manage pipeline activity
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of client relationships
  • Lead the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing
  • Create and deliver proposals addressing client challenges
  • Analyze business and financial information for underwriting and pricing
  • Achieve established sales goals for volume, revenue, and fees
  • Participate in business development activities and community engagement
  • Mentor junior Relationship Managers and share best practices

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in banking or financial services
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of commercial banking products and federal compliance regulations
