Overview

As a Relationship Banker II at North Easton Savings Bank, you will enhance the customer experience by utilizing your expertise in deposit and consumer loan products. This role allows for the development of leadership skills while engaging with customers and fostering meaningful relationships within the community.

Key responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the branch in the absence of management, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service
  • Greet and engage customers with warmth and professionalism, actively listening to their needs
  • Work collaboratively to meet and exceed customer service and sales goals
  • Address customer issues proactively with a solution-oriented approach
  • Support junior bankers with guidance and training
  • Contribute to key operational tasks including audits, cash settlements, ATM management, and reporting
  • Identify opportunities to offer additional bank products and services

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework or degree preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer-focused banking role
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills
  • Attention to detail, organization, and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity
  • Availability to work a rotating schedule from Monday through Saturday
