Overview

North Easton Savings Bank is seeking a part-time Relationship Banker I to join their team in Mansfield, Massachusetts. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with customers while effectively handling deposit and consumer loan products.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers courteously, identifying their financial needs.
  • Meet assigned customer service and sales goals while recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Complete customer requests, including account openings and routine transactions.
  • Maintain and balance cash drawers and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Comply with bank operations and security procedures while participating in dual-control functions.
  • Develop and deepen customer relationships by efficiently resolving issues.

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years of cash handling customer-facing experience.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and strong communication abilities.
