Overview

As a Relationship Banker I at North Easton Savings Bank, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customers feel welcomed and valued at branch locations. Leveraging your exceptional customer service skills, you will assist customers with their financial needs, processing requests related to deposit and consumer loan products while building lasting relationships within the community.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers, identifying their financial needs to provide excellent service.
  • Meet assigned customer service and sales goals by recommending appropriate banking solutions.
  • Complete customer requests including account openings, maintenance, and routine transactions.
  • Maintain and balance cash drawers, ensuring accuracy in cash handling.
  • Comply with bank operations and security procedures, participating in dual-control functions.
  • Develop and deepen relationships with customers by resolving issues and enhancing product knowledge.

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years of cash handling customer-facing experience.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and strong communication abilities.
  • Proven cross-selling experience with relevant product recommendations.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate work.
  • Strong computer and math skills, with confidentiality commitment.
  • Ability to collaborate with others and seek feedback for continuous improvement.
