Overview

North Easton Savings Bank is looking for a part-time Relationship Banker I to engage with customers and provide exceptional service within the community. In this role, you will utilize your customer service skills to assist clients with a variety of banking products and services, ensuring they feel valued and welcomed during their visits.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers courteously, identifying their financial needs
  • Meet assigned customer service and sales goals, recommending appropriate solutions
  • Complete customer requests, including account openings and routine transactions
  • Maintain and balance cash drawers, reconciling discrepancies
  • Comply with bank operations and security procedures
  • Develop and deepen customer relationships by resolving issues
  • Follow all bank security and compliance policies
