Overview

UniBank is seeking a full-time Relationship Banker for its newest branch in Worcester, Massachusetts. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, managing relationships, and meeting sales goals while working in a dynamic and community-focused environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Exceed customer service expectations by building rapport and generating customer loyalty
  • Serve as the single point of contact for all UniBank products and services
  • Process teller and platform transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Cross-sell products and services and refer customers to appropriate staff
  • Open new accounts and assist with loan applications
  • Engage in community events and outreach efforts
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures
  • Resolve customer complaints proactively

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred
  • Experience in cash handling, customer service, and sales
  • Previous experience in retail banking preferred
  • Bilingual or multilingual fluency preferred
  • Strong verbal, written, and math skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Proficiency in PC and operational skills
