Overview

The Relationship Banker at First Bank Chicago plays a key role in the Community Banking team, acting as the first point of contact for new and existing clients. This position focuses on client development, providing professional banking services, and enhancing customer relationships through education on the bank's products and services.

Key responsibilities

  • Proactively deepen customer relationships by cross-selling products and services.
  • Onboard new clients and conduct follow-ups to identify new opportunities.
  • Open and maintain personal and business accounts, including handling account changes.
  • Counsel clients on financial needs and resolve issues professionally.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of banking products and features.
  • Adhere to compliance policies and assist with monitoring requirements.
  • Perform essential teller duties including deposits, withdrawals, and transactions.
  • Handle ATM/Debit card responsibilities, including client guidance and card management.
  • Attend meetings and support Community Banking activities as necessary.
