Overview

The Relationship Banker at Four Points Federal Credit Union will provide member transaction and account-related services, ensuring high-quality assistance through various communication methods. They will promote and deliver deposit-related products while establishing and maintaining strong relationships with members.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide member transaction and account-related services in person, over the phone, and electronically
  • Promote and advocate for deposit-related products and services
  • Establish and maintain strong member relationships
  • Process account-related transactions daily
  • Maintain vault responsibilities including cash management and audits
  • Resolve member concerns or complaints and take ownership of issues until resolved
  • Recommend products and services to fulfill member needs
  • Record account transactions accurately
  • Support special projects and administrative tasks for management

Required skills

  • High school diploma and minimum one year experience in a cash handling environment
  • Working knowledge of credit union products and services
  • Strong service, verbal and written communication skills
  • Team collaboration skills
  • Proficient in computer technology and software applications
  • Organizational and time management skills
