Job Description

Overview

The Regional Service Delivery Coordinator at Staples, Inc. is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and acting as a central communication point between the management team, internal areas, and external customers. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving delivery issues, managing customer inquiries, and documenting processes to ensure timely issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

  • Support communication with the Third Party Management Team and other internal and external areas
  • Provide superior customer service by resolving delivery issues
  • Troubleshoot and document processes for timely resolution of customer issues
  • Manage pickup, delivery, and maintain logs for shortages and damages
  • Work additional hours as required based on business needs

Required skills

  • 1+ years in customer service or related field
  • Basic English language skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Knowledge of WMS systems
  • Time management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adopt safety procedures
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment
