Overview

The Regional Service Delivery Coordinator at Staples is responsible for supporting communication between the Third Party Management Team, internal departments, and external customers. This role involves providing customer service, troubleshooting delivery issues, and ensuring timely resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a central point of communication for service delivery
  • Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers
  • Research and resolve delivery issues throughout the day
  • Troubleshoot and provide consultation for customer inquiries
  • Monitor and maintain logs for pickups, deliveries, and damages
  • Adhere to safety procedures and ensure safe work practices

Required skills

  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Basic English language skills (verbal and written)
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Ability to learn WMS systems
  • Problem solving and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment
