Overview

The Regional Service Delivery Coordinator at Staples, Inc. is responsible for providing superior customer service and acting as a central communication point for both internal and external stakeholders. This role involves resolving delivery issues, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining logs throughout the day in a dynamic supply chain environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Support communication with the Staples Third Party Management Team and other functional areas
  • Provide superior customer service by resolving delivery issues
  • Troubleshoot and document processes for timely resolution of customer issues
  • Monitor and maintain urgent logs, shortage logs, and damages report
  • Call on customers as needed

Required skills

  • 1+ years of basic English language skills (verbal and written)
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Time management skills
  • Communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment
  • Adaptability to safety procedures and working in various temperatures
