Job Description

Overview

As a Regional Service Delivery Coordinator at Staples, you will play a critical role in supporting the supply chain team by acting as a central communication point for internal teams and external customers. Your responsibilities will include providing superior customer service, resolving delivery issues, and ensuring efficient documentation of processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Support and communicate with the Staples Third Party Management Team and internal functional areas
  • Provide superior customer service by researching and resolving delivery issues
  • Trouble-shoot and document processes for timely resolution of customer issues
  • Monitor and maintain logs for pickups, deliveries, shortages, and damages
  • Call on customers as needed to address any concerns

Required skills

  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Basic English language skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Ability to learn WMS systems
  • Time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment with temperature variations
