Overview

As a Regional Service Delivery Coordinator at Staples, you will support the Third Party Management Team and provide superior customer service by addressing and resolving delivery issues. This role involves communication with external customers and internal teams while working in a warehouse environment during the 2nd shift.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a central point of communication for the Staples Third Party Management Team
  • Provide superior customer service by resolving delivery issues
  • Troubleshoot and document processes to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
  • Monitor and maintain logs for urgent and shortage deliveries
  • Communicate with customers as needed regarding delivery issues

Required skills

  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Basic English language skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment
  • Adaptability to safety procedures
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn new systems and procedures
